Co-Located Workshops
Hosted at our offices or our clients’, we kick off all ABM engagements with an intensive ½ day workshop with the account team to understand current perceptions, account history, desired outcomes/opportunities and key stakeholders within the account.
Stakeholder Mapping & Research
Once we have identified key stakeholders, we carry out independent research, develop profiles, match them with key members of our client’s account team, and make recommendations for how best to target them.
Direct Communications
We craft bespoke emails to each stakeholder from their client counterpart, setting out a clear intention and personally stating a commitment to furthering their business objectives. Nine times out of ten, these emails open new lines of communication and result in air time with key decision makers.
Presentations & Documents
Once we know our audience, we create targeted materials that speak to their objectives, in areas we know will hit home. Depending on the client, these can be impactful one pagers, interactive PDFs, or presentations for upcoming meetings.
Keeping up Momentum
The key to successful ABM is consistency. To ensure our clients maintain their footing within the account, we script, shoot and edit personalised videos, develop web pages and social media content, and create long-term eNewsletter campaigns that helps them build and solidify connections forged with key stakeholders.
