The storytelling process

Step 1

Workshop

We kick-off all storytelling engagements with a day or ½ day workshop where we analyse any existing collateral, share our own scan of the market to identify over-saturated messages & areas you can excel, and work collaboratively with your SMEs to draw out the things that only you can bring to the table.

Step 2

Outputs

We take away everything we’ve heard from the session and condense it into a concise output deck that hits the key points, including flagship messaging, the strengths of your offering, and recommendations for how to use these to your advantage.

Step 3

Content Creation

Through 1-1 interviews and feedback sessions, we create new collateral entirely from scratch, in a pre-agreed format (PPT, PDF etc.) with professional design that brings it all together. We iterate closely with senior leadership, and stress test with sales teams to ensure the message is aligned end-to-end across the value chain.

Step 4

Deployment

Once the sales collateral is finalised, we develop a series of follow-up content, including web page content, LinkedIn/social posts, introductory emails, videos and infographics to ensure your teams are fully equipped with an arsenal of succinct, unified sales collateral that sparks conversations and triggers new leads.
